I wanted to provide you with an update on the Baltimore market and take a look at the 2020 market results as we move further into 2021 – we’re excited to share these great stats! As seen above, the yearly median sales price in the Baltimore Metro broke the $300.0K price barrier for the first time.
In the above graph we can see the Baltimore metro achieved its highest yearly median sales price on record, up by nearly +$25K from 2019. Baltimore City saw the region’s sharpest gain in the median sales price, and December reported a new ten year high for the month, as townhome sales prices rose 15.7% to $243.0K.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Margaret started her Baltimore journey in January of 2008. She is proud to bring over 14 years of exceptional sales and managerial skills to the CR of Maryland team. She is very passionate, hardworking, and committed to giving the ultimate customer service experience to her clients. In her spare time Margaret loves cooking, reading, outdoor adventures and spending quality time with her family.
