As chief operating officer, Eric will focus on process improvements, cost reduction and resource optimization to enhance the efficiency of the business’s operations and align them with the overall strategic goals of the company.

Eric’s most recent work experience includes launching and growing business operations of a full-service junk and debris removal franchise, Junk King, in Baltimore, Maryland. From 2010 to 2017, he served as CEO for Avenue J Development, LLC, a real estate development company in Baltimore, focused on revitalizing dilapidated row homes into for sale properties. Eric graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
