An Italian multinational company, Illva Saronno Holding SpA, has acquired Baltimore-based rye whiskey brand Sagamore Spirit, founded by Kevin Plank of Under Armour. They plan to relocate their North American headquarters to Baltimore, where Sagamore Spirit’s distillery is located, aiming to strengthen the brand’s Maryland ties and support the local community.
